September 1995; Zhang Wei (Kim Daehyun) was born in Kowloon Tong, Hong Kong to Wang Meili.
December 1996; Zhang Wei became Kim Daehyun upon being adopted by the Kim family.
January 1997; The first actual Kim son was born, Kim ((name is up for discussion)).
November 15-16, 2007; Daehyun and his brother were hanging around after school, Daehyun was in the soccer team at school and his brother was staying after to watch his older brother practice. While they enjoyed their time in the fields, Daehyun looked to his younger brother to see him talking with their father. There was a bad feeling that took over his body, slowly making his way towards his father and brother. Their father took them to the hospital, upon arrival they were told their mother was sick and she wasn't going to be getting any better. Entering the hospital and arriving at his mother's room he witnessed something he would rather not remember. His mother was laying in a hospital bed, her face was missing any and all color, her hair was dull and missed all the volume and curl. His brother went up to her bed, shaking her softly as he tried to call out to her. Their mother was gone, at the time Daehuyn was not sure how to react, she was okay just the other day. He had hardly seen her due to the many extracurricular activities both Daehyun and his brother had been taking part of but he believed she was always okay and healthy. But it seems reality had a different turn of events. His mother's funeral was held the next day, many people showed up and some didn't. Since then his father has not talked about their mother, all pictures of her where taken down but Daehyun was able to sneak a picture in his drawer. His brother was also able to sneak a picture and together they like to sit in their parents room, while their father is away at work, and talk about their mother.
The weeks that followed were worse. Neither boy knew what to do and their father began to endulge in his work which caused the boys to grow distant with their father. Only talking every few days, weeks or even months.
April 17, 2012; It was a sad week for the Kim family, the events that occured only five years ago were still fresh as if they happened just the other day. Daehyun grew curious and demanding about the events that happened those few years ago. After tries and tries to get it out of his father he finally got what he wanted. Their mother had been diagnosed with an incurable tumor. They had found out about it too late and before they had known the tumor grew and grew until it took her life away. Daehyun confused as to how they didn't say anything grew into anger for both his father and beloved mother. This was the start of the rebellious phase in which would cause him a lot of trouble with his father.
November 21, 2017 - November 27, 2017; Daehyun received a call from the hospital requiring him to quickly come to the hospital. Confused and worried as to who was calling him, he made his way to the hospital. Once there he was lead to the new born area, the nurse then pointed to a small baby boy laying in an incubator, "That's your new baby boy, Congratulations Mr. Kim." Daehyun was a bit confused and at a loss for words. "Mine?" was all he could muster as he looked at the new born child. "Your wife had insisted we call you, she is in room 2130." After hearing what the nurse had said he made his way towards the room his wife was supposed to be in. Upon entering the room he was face to face with his ex girlfriend, Ahn Haneul. The ex who disappeared without a trace, after a few heated words and loud groans from Daehyun, Haneul had pleaded to Daehyun to take their son in. She convinced him to give his son a better life and to give him the best opportunities for his future. After lots of discussion she was trying her best to convince him to take his son, once Haneul was able to leave the hospital she said goodbye to Daehyun and their son, Kim Jihyun, since then Daehyun has not heard from Haneul again. Daehuyn grew to love his son, his father not so much.
November 2017 - Present; Daehyun is living the life with his son.
